1 Introduction

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 199bd Platform at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, 199bd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any bonus funds credited to those accounts, and in cases of clear intent to defraud, withhold all balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep your account details up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 199bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality until the process is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

199bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 199bd does not currently support transactions in foreign currencies.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe displayed in the cashier section at the time of the request. 199bd reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to any operational constraints. 199bd will not be liable for delays caused by the payment service provider.

4.4 Own Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 199bd account are your own legitimate funds and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party. Any suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent deposit activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 199bd reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to applicable law. Users will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of 199bd. The display of odds on the Platform does not constitute an offer that is binding on 199bd until the bet has been explicitly confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. 199bd reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any wager without explanation.

5.2 Errors in Odds

If a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly displayed in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed issue — 199bd reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the user's account. "Clearly erroneous odds" are defined as odds that deviate materially from the prevailing market odds for the same event at the time the bet was placed.

5.3 Event Cancellations and Voids

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant market has been determined, bets on that market will generally be voided and stakes returned. 5.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected events and markets. 199bd does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play betting on any particular event. Live odds are subject to rapid change and may be suspended at any time during an event. Once a bet has been confirmed and a reference number issued, the bet stands at the odds stated in the confirmation.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per bet type. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface. 199bd will pay out up to the stated maximum payout limit regardless of the calculated winnings on any single bet or accumulator that exceeds that limit.

6 Casino & Games

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the account automatically. 199bd is not obligated to provide advance notice before a Bonus expires.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 199bd Platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive:

13 Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the User
